  1. 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil

  2. 1 pound lean ground beef

  3. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes

  4. 1 tablespoon chili powder

  5. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  6. 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  8. 1 teaspoon salt

  9. 3/4 cup Simply Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter

  10. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  11. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

  12. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

  13. 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  14. Crushed tortilla chips, for garnish

  15. Chopped cilantro, for garnish

  1. Heat oil in a 6-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until crumbly and no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Stir in peanut butter and brown sugar until combined. Add tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add beans. Heat an additional 3-4 minutes, until heated through. Spoon into bowls and top with cilantro and chips.
