  2. 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Rendang Curry SpicePaste

  3. 300g beef, thinly sliced

  4. 2 bunches bok choy, trimmed and washed

  5. 2 tomatoes, diced

  6. 1 onion, diced

  7. 4 tbsp milk or coconut milk

  8. 2 tbsp cooking oil

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan on medium heat. Add SpicePaste, onion and beef; stir-fry for 10 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Add bok choy, tomatoes and milk; stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.

  3. Serve warm with noodles or rice.

  4. Cook's tip You may replace the beef with another meat of your choice and the bok choy with vegetables or your choice of cauliflower, capsicum or asparagus.
