  1. 1 cauliflower

  2. 1 onion

  3. 2 stalks celery

  4. 2 cloves garlic

  5. 1 carton chicken stock

  6. 1/4 c milk or cream

  7. 1/2 c grated cheddar

  8. salt and pepper to taste

  9. pinch of nutmeg

  1. chop veggies into stock

  2. simmer til tender

  3. blend til smooth (may be frozen at this point)

  4. stir in milk, cheddar and salt & pepper

  5. place in bowl and top with a pinch of nutmeg

  9. tomato - parmesan - basil

  10. parsnip - havarti - cinnamon
