  1. Firstly take a mixer grinder jar and put cloves, cardamom, dalia, coconut powder and grind into a fine powder. To the same jar with the powder add washed minced mutton, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and grind till the kheema becomes soft.Dont add toomuch water just add water so that you could be able to grind it in your mixer. Now add Onion and coriander leaves to this and just grind for 20 seconds. At this point of time you could be able to see some of the onion pieces blended.

  2. Now take a flat non-stick pan and with your hand make small balls(2 cm or 3 cm in diameter) out of the mixture we made above and arrange side by side so tht it fills out whole pan.Now slowly add water onto the meat balls.(They will not break up).Pour oil and squeeze tomato and cut the green chilles into two(no slitting it makes spicy) and add to it.Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on high flame for the first 15minutes and then simmer for another 15minutes until you see the water is dried and oil droplets are seen on the pan.Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot with dal and plain boiled rice. These Kheema ka kofta are good with chapatis too.
