  3. Star anise (Badiyan) - 1(add while boiling garbanzo beans)

  8. Cinnamon steak - 1

  9. Butter - 2 TBS

  10. Oil - 2 TBS

  11. Red chili powder - 1/2

  12. Coriander powder - 1 TSP

  13. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TSP

  14. Garam Masala - 1 TSP

  15. Chat Masala - 1/2 TBS

  16. Kitchen king masala - 1

  17. Kasturi methi - 1 TBS

  18. Cream - 2 TBS

  19. 2. INGREDIENTS OF PASTES AND METHOD:

  20. Tomato paste:

  21. 4 Medium tomatoes

  22. Wash tomatoes and make puree in mixture or blender

  23. Onion Paste : 1 Large onion

  24. Cut onion in sliced and sort it until golden brown adding few drops of oil to pan.

  25. 2 to 3 TBS of water

  26. Green chili - 4

  27. Ginger - 2 inch

  28. Garlic - 3 cloves

  29. 3 to 4 TBS of water to it and make smooth paste in mixture.

  1. Add butter and oil in to pan and keep flame on medium.

  2. When it’s enough hot, add Star anise, Bay leaves, Cloves, Cardamom, and Cinnamon steak to it and sort it for 30 seconds.

  3. Now add green paste to pot and immediately cover it. Open after 30 seconds and cook until its relive oil.

  4. Later on add tomato paste and cook it for 10minutes with covered pot and stir in between.

  5. After 10 minutes, add can of tomato sauce and let it start to bubbling.

  6. Next add onion paste to it and let all pastes cook until its start to relive oil (almost 30 minutes) with covered pot and stir in between 5 to 6 times.

  7. After pastes cook, add all dry spices to it and mix it well and cook it next 5minutes with covered pot.

  8. Add Boiled garbanzo beans to it and cook for 1 minutes.

  9. Add water to it as per thick or thin gravy you want and add cream to it and mix it and let it cook for final 5 minutes.

  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot with bhatura, puri or naan.
