  1. 1/4-1/2 cup garlic , minced

  2. 3/4 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter

  3. 1/2 cup tamari

  4. 1 -3 tablespoon honey (orange honey is amazing)

  5. 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  6. 3 tablespoons chili oil

  7. cilantro , for garnish

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Allow to sit at least 2 hours.

  3. NOTE: when using a garlic press instead of just dicing garlic, you only need half as much!
