  1. 2 potatoes (half boiled and cut into pieces)

  2. 2 green chilies (chopped)

  3. 1tsp garlic (chopped)

  4. 1tsp ginger (chopped)

  5. 2tbsp tomato sauce

  6. 1tbsp spring onion leaves (chopped for garnish)

  7. Salt per taste

  8. 2tbsp corn flour paste (soak into water)

  9. 2tbsp olive oil

  1. First pour 2tbsp olive oil in a deep bottom pan

  2. Make the oil hot

  3. Now add the potato pieces in the hot oil to fry

  4. Fry them till the color turns golden brown

  5. Now keep the fried potatoes out for the pan

  6. Add the chopped ginger and garlic in the same oil

  7. Fry them for 2 minutes

  8. Add chopped green chilies to it

  9. Now put the tomato sauce

  10. Add soya sauce

  11. Add the fried potatoes now

  12. Put salt in the mixture

  13. Cook them for few minutes

  14. Now pour the corn flour paste

  15. Keep stirring and cook it in a slow flame

  16. The recipe is done

  17. Garnish it with chopped spring onion leaves

  18. Now it is ready to be served
