  1. Ripe bananas 2 Large

  2. All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

  3. Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  4. Cocoa 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

  6. Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

  7. Vegetable oil 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

  8. Vanilla 1 Teaspoon

  9. 1 large firm banana

  10. 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  11. Sugar 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

  12. Egg 1

  13. 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Directions Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Slice ripe bananas into blender.

  3. Blend until pureed.

  4. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt.

  5. Stir in the pureed bananas, oil, and vanilla.

  6. Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.

  7. Slice 2 slices of firm banana into each cup.

  8. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with V3 cup sugar until fluffy.

  9. Blend in egg.

  10. Stir in chocolate chips.

  11. Spoon equal amounts of chocolate chip mixture into the muffin cups.

  12. Bake for 30 minutes.

  13. Cool in the pan on racks.
