  8. 680 1/38 g pork loin, cubed

  9. 29 1/28 ml white vinegar

  10. 14.79 ml curry powder

  11. 709.77 ml chopped carrots

  1. Blend oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, cardamom, chili powder and soy sauce in large skillet.

  2. Add pork; stir-fry pork over medium-high heat 3 minutes.

  3. Add vegetables, vinegar and curry.

  4. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

  5. Serve over rice.
