  1. Salad green leaves 200 Gram (Harvest Barn Super Food Salad)

  2. Baby spinach 150 Gram

  3. Purple cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thinly sliced

  4. Green zucchini 12 , peeled, sliced

  5. Carrot 12 , thinly sliced

  6. Sugar snap peas 100 Gram , cut the tips

  7. Cherry tomatoes 12 , halved

  8. Black pepper To Taste

  9. Sea salt To Taste

  10. Pork meat 250 Gram , cooked, sliced (BBQ pork ribs left over)

  11. For balsamic vinaigrette

  12. Bbq sauce 1 Tablespoon (honey mustard BBQ sauce)

  13. Honey 1 Tablespoon

  14. White balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon

  15. Freshly ground black pepper To Taste

  16. Chili powder To Taste

  17. Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Wash spinach, remove the stems and pat it dry.

  2. For dressing, in an airtight container, combine BBQ sauce, honey, vinegar, black pepper, chili powder, and olive oil. Shake to combine.

  3. MAKING 3. In a large mixing bowl, add super food salad, spinach, cabbage, zucchini, carrot, snap peas, and tomatoes.

  4. Season salad with black pepper and toss well.

  5. Drop warm pork meat on top and sprinkle salt. Mix well.

  6. SERVING 6. Drizzle dressing on salad and serve immediately.
