  1. 2 cups sugar granulated

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

  4. 1/2 cup evaporated milk

  5. 1/2 cup peanut butter

  6. 3 cups oatmeal

  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine sugar, butter, milk, salt, and cocoa, boil one min.

  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal.

  3. Stir together, then drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for half an hour until they are set.

  5. Store cookies at an air-tight container in frige for at least 2 weeks if they can last that long.

  6. If you prefer firmer texture, put them in freezer.
