  1. To a hot pan, add oil, whole spices, onions & fry till brown, then add ginger garlic paste & fry. Remove from heat & keep aside. To a hot pan, add oil, mint leaves, green chillies & cilantro & fry ( till it is nicely fried not burnt). Remove from heat & blend the above (onions & green masala together) in a mixie with some pepper corns. To a pan add little oil, & saute the chicken pieces with some salt(adjust salt as soyasauce & cheese contains salt) , lemon juice, soya sauce till its nicely cooked on a low heat. Now add the prepared paste to the chicken,add some mozerella cheese & mix well, fry on a low heat till the cheese melts & blends well with the chicken. Serve hot with rice or Indian bread( tastes better with chapathi/roti/naan.
