  1. Chicken pieces 1 kg.

  2. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  3. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  5. Whole spice:

  6. 1 cardamom,

  7. 1 clove,

  8. 1 stick cinnamon.

  9. Caraway seeds 1 tsp.

  10. Tomatoes 1/2 kg.

  11. Grated ginger 1 tsp.

  12. Green chillies 2

  13. Slit

  14. Onions 2

  15. Chopped

  16. Ghee 2 tbsp

  1. In a sauce pan place the chicken with 2 cups of water, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste,cook until the chicken is tender.

  2. Heat ghee in another sauce pan add the whole spice,chopped onions, grated ginger and green chillies,sauté for 2 minutes,add the chopped tomatoes and salt stir and cook until the ghee floats on the top 3. Add the tomato mixture to the cooked chicken and cook further until the sauce thickens.
