  1. 2 pounds mahi mahi fillets

  2. 1 lemon juiced

  3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  5. 1 cup mayonnaise

  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped white onions

  7. breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Rinse fish and put in a baking dish.

  3. Squeeze lemon juice on fish then sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

  4. Mix mayonnaise and chopped onions and spread on fish.

  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
