  1. 1 1/2 cup Water

  2. 1 teaspoon Salt

  3. 2 tablespoons Oil

  4. 3 tablespoons Honey

  5. 2 tablespoons Powdered milk

  6. cup Oatmeal

  7. cup Wheat germ

  8. 4 cups Bread flour

  1. Combine all ingredients into bread machine pan. Set for white bread.

  2. I use the 2 hour bake setting.

  3. This bread has a nice light brown color and a fine texture, one of our favorites.
