  1. 340 gm of boneless chicken.

  2. 4 tbsp plain yogurt

  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 1tbsp tomato paste

  5. 1/2 tbsp garlic paste

  6. Spices:

  7. 1 tsp cumin powder

  8. 2tsp salt

  9. 1/2 coriander powder/red chili powder

  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric

  11. Pinch of black pepper

  12. Mint chutney or turmeric sauce

  1. Mix yogurt in boneless chicken.

  2. Add 1tbsp lemon juice, 2tsp salt, 1/2tsp red chili powder, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp cumin powder, ½tsp coriander powder, pinch of black pepper powder, 1tbsp tomato paste and 1/2tbsp garlic paste and mix all together and make a paste.

  3. Keep the marinated chicken for about an hour.

  4. Spread little oil on the pan to keep the chicken pieces in quire.

  5. Put the chicken pieces in the quire.

  6. Put the quires with the pan in oven in 450 degree.

  7. Cook it for 15 minutes, Turn the chicken pieces in half of their way to fry to fry the both side well Try the kabobs with mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
