  1. In a shallow cooking pan over med heat add butter, garlic, onion.

  2. After a minute or two add mushrooms.

  3. Cook until soft (eat it -- ).

  4. Take pork chops, cut down the center (almost completely through).

  5. Add part of the sharp cheddar and feta.

  6. and sauteed mushrooms.

  7. add another small layer of cheese.

  8. (repeat until stuffed, using a spoon each time to pat-down each layer).

  9. Skewer the pork chops to close in the stuffing & hold the bacon.
