  3. 1 cup rice, cooked

  4. 1 each egg beaten

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper

  6. 10 each cabbage leaves large

  7. 1/4 cup beef broth

  8. 2 tablespoons butter melted

  1. Soak lid of glazed clay cooker.

  2. In a bowl mix well all ingredients.

  3. Put into clay cooker.

  4. Cover and place in cold oven .

  5. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for 80 minutes.
