  1. Ingredients (serves 6)

  2. 375g (3 cups) mixed nut toasted muesli

  3. 435ml (1 3/4 cups) milk

  4. 125g (1/2 cup) Greek-style natural yoghurt

  5. 60ml (1/4 cup) thin cream

  6. 1 quantity poached peaches, drained, roughly chopped

  7. 3 Granny Smith apples, quartered, cored, coarsely grated

  1. Place the muesli, milk, yoghurt and cream in a large airtight container. Stir well to combine. Place in the fridge overnight to soak.

  2. To serve, add the peaches and apples to the muesli. Use a large metal spoon to fold the fruit through the muesli.
