  1. 1 lb pork - I'm using boneless chops.

  2. 3 TB Cornstarch

  3. 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar

  4. 1 TB Dry Sherry

  5. 1 1/2 TB Dark Soy Sauce

  6. 2 TB Regular Soy Sauce

  7. 1 tsp sesame oil

  8. 2 tsp sugar

  9. 1 Cup Chicken Stock

  10. Handful Dry Roasted Peanuts

  11. 2-3 Thai chilies

  12. 1 TB Fresh Ginger diced

  1. Dice up the pork.

  2. Marinate in 2 TB regular soy sauce for 1/2 hour.

  3. Whisk together the cornstarch, red wine vinegar, dry sherry, dark soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar.

  4. Cook pork and ginger until no longer pink.

  5. Add stock and chilies, cook 3 minutes.

  6. Add cornstarch mixture, cook until thickened, about 30 seconds.

  7. Add peanuts, top with green onions. Serve your delicious spicy pork with peanuts.
