  1. 2 (18 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini or ravioli, uncooked

  2. 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 12 oz. jar Alfredo four cheese sauce

  5. 3 Tbsp. milk

  6. 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 3 quart glass baking dish, layer tortellini and spaghetti sauce. Put water into empty sauce jar, close lid, and shake. Pour this mixture over the tortellini.

  2. Spoon Alfredo sauce over the tortellini. Place milk in empty Alfredo sauce jar, close lid, and shake. Drizzle this mixture over the casserole to get all of the sauce out of the jar. At this point you can top the casserole with frozen meatballs, if using. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer, until tortellini is tender and meatballs are hot.
