  1. 1 kg yogurt

  2. 1/2 cup Onion paste

  3. 1/2 cup Ginger paste

  4. 1 tsp

  5. Garlic paste 1 tsp

  6. Coriander paste 1 tsp

  7. 4 no's Cinnamon

  8. 1 stick

  9. Ghee/Butter 4 tbsp

  10. 4 Kewra

  11. 2 tbsp

  12. Sugar - 1 tbsp

  13. Lime juice 1 tbsp

  14. Salt to taste

  1. Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.

  2. Add all the ingredients ,except for the green chilles and kewra into the cooking dish,mix well and heat covered in low heat and turn over the fish once.

  3. When the water has almost dried up, add green chilli and kewra heat for another half hour in low heat till oil starts seperating.

  4. Serve Fish Korma hot with roti or rice.
