  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Large shelled shrimp

  3. 2 Garlic cloves - (to 3) - minced

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  5. 1/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Light corn syrup

  6. 5 1/2 teaspoons 27ml Cornstarch

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  8. 3/4 cup 177ml Walnuts Supreme - (see recipe)

  9. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Sliced green onions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil on medium-high. Cook shrimp and garlic, stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes.

  2. Combine mayonnaise, corn syrup, cornstarch and lemon juice; mix well. Pour mixture into skillet. Stirring constantly; cook until thickened and glossy, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add Walnuts Supreme and green onions; toss to coat.

  4. Yield: 4 servings.
