  1. 2 lb Shrimp

  2. 2 tb soy sauce

  3. 2 tb cornstarch

  4. 1/2 c Hicken stock

  5. 2 ea Stalks chinese celery cabbage

  6. 2 ea Green onions chopped

  7. 2 ea Cloves of garlic chopped

  8. 1/2 pk Frozen peas thawed

  9. 1 Can water chestnuts sliced a

  10. 1/2 ts sugar

  1. Place in cup 1/2 cup chicken stock 2 T cornstarch, 2 T soy sauce 1/2 t sugar.

  2. Directions: Saute the celery cabbage until soft and add the garlic and onions.

  3. Add the thawed peas, water chestnuts and shrimp.

  4. Cook on med.

  5. Heat until shrimp are pink.

  6. Add the cup of liquid ingredients and stir until thickened and serve over cooked rice.

  7. Have additional soy for added taste.
