  1. Turkey 1

  2. Oil 3 Tablespoon

  3. Butter 60 Gram

  4. Garlic 2 Teaspoon

  5. 2 tablespoons seeded mustard

  6. 3 tablespoons honey juice of

  7. 1 lemon

  8. White wine 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

  9. Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

  1. Directions 1.

  2. Place oil, butter and garlic in a small jug.

  3. Heat for 1 minute on HIGH.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat for a further minute.

  5. Brush turkey with honey and lemon baste.

  6. Place breast-side down.

  7. Cook for 10 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, followed by 15-18 minutes on MEDIUM.

  8. Turn over halfway through cooking.

  9. Baste with honey and lemon baste every 10 minutes.

  10. Note: Depending on the size of the turkey, shielding may be necessary to prevent some areas from over-cooking.
