  2. 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Thai Yellow Curry

  3. 900g chicken whole leg

  4. 4 tbsp coconut cream or milk

  1. Combine spice paste with coconut cream or milk in big bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Pre-heat oven griller and grill chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked. Brush with remaining marinade. Turn occasionally.

  3. Serve warm with salad, rice or noodles.

  4. Cook's tip Pork chop or chicken thigh may be used instead of chicken whole leg. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
