  1. 1 to 1 1/2kg pork ribs

  2. 1 tablespoon garlic granules

  3. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  4. 2 tablespoons salt

  5. 250ml BBQ sauce

  1. Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Season with garlic granules, black pepper and salt. Bring water to the boil, and cook ribs until tender.

  2. Preheat the oven to 170 C / Gas 3.

  3. Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a baking dish. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Cover dish with aluminium foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 70 degrees C.
