  1. Blend apple and almonds together. Transfer to a 3-cup capacity bowl.

  2. Stir in milk, yoghurt, oats and blueberries.

  3. Cover and store in fridge overnight.

  4. Spoon into individual bowls. Add extra milk and yoghurt to taste.
