  7. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  8. 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca

  9. 1 tablespoon sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  12. 1 can (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions
