  2. 1 garlic clove , minced

  3. 2/3 cup cabbage , grated

  4. 2 tablespoons onions , minced

  5. 2 carrots , chopped

  6. 1/4 cup zucchini , chopped

  7. 3 stalks celery , diced

  8. 1 pinch basil

  9. 1 pinch oregano

  1. Cook onion, carrots, and garlic in a pot for 3 minutes.

  2. Add broth, cabbage, basil, oregano, and celery; bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add zucchini; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
