  1. 1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts

  2. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  3. 3 ounces cream cheese

  4. 1 1/2 quarts strawberries

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons karo white corn syrup

  7. 1 cup water

  8. 3 tablespoons jell-o strawberry gelatin

  9. 1 pinch salt

  10. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, spread carefully over bottom of baked pie shell.

  2. Arrange berries in shell.

  3. Berries should be sliced.

  4. Cook sugar, syrup, water, salt, and cornstarch over medium heat until thick.

  5. Add Jello mix and cool.

  6. Pour glaze over berries and refrigerate.
