  1. 2 cups cucumber , cut into strips

  2. 1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)

  3. 1/2 cup roasted and crushed cashewnuts (kaju)

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp chilli-garlic paste

  5. 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  7. 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  8. 1/2 tbsp red chillies flakes

  9. salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Serve chilled.
