  2. 1/4 pound butter

  3. 1/2 cup flour

  4. 6 eggs

  5. 3 ounces cream cheese -- softened

  6. 1 cup milk

  7. 2 cups cottage cheese

  8. 1 pound monterey jack cheese -- cubed

  9. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1 teaspoon sugar

  1. Melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and cook until smooth. Beat eggs, add milk, cheeses, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter-flour mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into well greased 9x13x2" pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (From "Holiday Falderah" cookbook, by Jackie Olden)
