Streusel Velvet Crumb Cake Recipe

8x8x2" square pan.

Velvet Cake

1 and 1/3 cups Bisquick

3/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons soft butter or shortening

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup of the milk. Beat

1 minute at medium speed on electric mixer or vigorously by hand. Stir in gradually the remaining milk and vanilla. Beat

1/2 minute morePour into prepared pan. It says either a

8x8x2" square pan or a

9 x1 1/2" round pan.

Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with Streusel topping:

Mix together:

1/4 cup Bisquick

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon cold butter or margarine

35 to 40 minutes.
