  1. 1/2 Onion - chopped

  2. 1 Celery stalk - finely chopped

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  4. 2 Drained pinto beans - (15 oz ea)

  5. 3/4 cup 177ml Fast-Track Barbecue Sauce - (see recipe)

  6. 1/4 Red onion - chopped

  1. Microwave onion and celery in water until soft, about 4 minutes; drain.

  2. Place beans in saucepan and stir in onion, celery and 3/4 cup barbecue sauce. Heat until warm, about 5 minutes. Garnish with red onion before serving.

  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
