  1. 1 cup shredded left over roast beef

  2. 1 onion , chopped.

  3. 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

  4. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  5. 1 Tbl. vegetable oil

  6. 1 tsp. Worchestershire

  7. 1/4 cup flour

  8. 1 1/4 cup hot water

  9. 2 beef bouillon cubes

  10. 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms , drained

  11. 1/2 cup sour cream

  12. 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  13. 1 pkg. (6 oz.) macaroni cooked according to package

  1. In a large frying pan saute onion, peppers and garlic in vegetable oil until very lightly browned.

  2. Add Worchestershire and flour, stir well.

  3. Add bouillon cubes to hot water and dissolve.

  4. Add to onion. and peppers.

  5. Cook on med. heat until sauce starts to thicken.

  6. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms.

  7. Stir in macaroni and cheese Cook, stirring often until cheese melts and dish is hot.
