  1. 1586 g sirloin steak

  2. 1/4 cup orange juice

  3. 1 canned chipotle chili in adobo

  4. 1 tbsp. adobo sauce

  5. 1 large clove garlic, peeled and chopped

  6. 1 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Prepare the grill. Place the steak in a large baking dish. Combine the orange juice, chipotle, adobo sauce, garlic and oil in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the chipotle mixture over the steak. Let the steak marinate 10 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove the steak from the marinade and place on a grill rack. Grill about 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and tent with foil. Let the steak stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
