    5. 1/2 cup milk

    6. 2 eggs

    7. 2 teaspoons root beer extract

    8. 2 teaspoons vanilla

    9. 4 cups all purpose flour

    10. 1 teaspoon baking soda

    11. 1/4 teaspoon salt

    12. FROSTING:

    13. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

    14. 2 tablespoons half and half 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened

    15. 1 teaspoon root beer extract
