  3. 1/2 cup cider vinegar

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 1/4 cup canola or corn oil

  6. 1/2 medium onion -- chopped

  7. 4 large garlic cloves -- minced

  8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon Gibson's roasting salt
