  1. 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

  2. 15 or so corn tortillas

  3. 8 oz sour cream

  4. 1 can refried beans

  5. 2 cups shredded cheese

  6. 1 can enchilada sauce

  7. 1 can tomato sauce

  8. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  9. 1 T. each cumin, chili powder, garlic salt

  10. 20 min or so

  11. 13x9" pan (I made 2 smaller pans) and pour remaining sauce over the top. Then top with remaining cheese. Bake covered

  12. 350 F for 30 minutes.

  13. I added green chilis to the sauce cause they only had mild enchilada sauce, and of course, we added hot sauce at the table. And extra sour cream.
