  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. Chicken (boneless):750gms

  3. Curd(dahi):200gms

  4. Methi(whole):few

  5. Crushed Garlic:2 nos(big)

  6. Sunflower Oil:1 tbsp

  7. Salt: to taste

  8. DIRECTIONS:

  9. Marinade chicken for 15 minutes with crushed garlic, dahi and salt.

  10. Heat oil, put methi till it splutters, add two cloves of crushed garlic and saute for a minute.

  11. Put the marinated chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
