  1. 6 tomatoes (ripe/ cut the upper portion)

  2. 1 onion (medium size/chopped)

  3. Salt as per taste

  4. cups Vinegar

  5. 2tbsp sugar

  6. 6 garlic flakes

  7. 3 green chilies

  8. 1tsp black pepper

  9. 1/2tsp cumin seeds

  10. 1 cinnamon (stick)

  11. 4 cloves

  12. 3 cardamoms

  13. 1/2tbsp oil

  1. First put tomatoes, sugar, garlic, green chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom in blender

  2. Make a fine paste

  3. Heating up oil in a pan

  4. Add the chopped onions and fry for a minute till they are soft and tender

  5. Now add the tomato paste and mix well

  6. Put salt and vinegar and mix well

  7. Cook it till it become little thick

  8. Keep on stirring in between

  9. It is cooked now

  10. Remove the pan and let it become cool

  11. Again grind it to make fine

  12. Tomato ketch up is ready
