  2. 1 pt milk

  3. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  4. 1 tablespoom butter

  1. Heat tomatoes to boiling. Stir in baking soda.

  2. Add milk and just heat. Remove from heat and add butter.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste Yield: serves 3 Notes: Do not blend this soup in the blender.

  4. Leave the tomatoes in pieces that is what makes this soup so special.
