  1. 4l Milk

  2. cream (both together called as half and half, 32floz halfandhalf available in market)

  3. 14 ounce of sweetened condensed milk

  4. pinch of saffron

  5. cardamon (green cardamom seeds grinded)

  6. almonds (grinded)

  7. cashews(grinded)

  8. nuts (grinded)

  9. corn

  1. Boil Half and half, condensed milk, cardamom seeds, cashew mix and saffron for nearly 15 minutes.

  2. Boil until the raw smell of milk is gone. Add corn starch by diluting it with milk. This acts as a thickening agent.

  3. Turn of the heat. Cool the milk. Pour them in kulfi mouths using measuring cup.

  4. Freeze them for a minimum of 4 hours and maximum overnight. close kulfi mouths. Freeze them.

  5. Enjoy the Indian Dessert.
