    1. Try to buy everything organic. Here's why

    2. 1 head of organic green cabbage

    3. 1 bunch of organic kale (dinosaur, green or purple all work well. I use green and purple for this recipe)

    4. 1 organic beet (I used a golden)

    5. 1 organic granny smith apple

    6. 1/2 clove organic garlic

    7. 1 handful organic chopped leeks

    8. 1 organic carrot

    9. Pinch Celtic or pink Himalayan sea salt

    10. 1-2 cups of pure water
