  1. 1 cup Sauterne or other dry white wine

  2. 1 large clove garlic, minced

  3. 1 lb. natural Swiss cheese, cubed or shredded

  4. 1/4 cup flour

  5. 1 11-oz. can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

  6. French or Italian bread cubes

  7. Makes about 4 cups

  1. Method :

  2. In saucepan or fondue pot, simmer wine and garlic. Combine cheese and flour; gradually blend into wine. Heat until cheese melts; stir often.

  3. Blend in soup. Heat, stirring until smooth. Spear bread with fork or toothpick and dip into fondue.
