  1. 1 (1 3/4 ounce) package taco seasoning

  2. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  3. 1 egg white

  4. 1 whole egg

  5. 1 onion , chopped

  6. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  7. 1/4 cup tomato sauce

  8. 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

  9. 1 cup cooked brown rice

  10. 3 lbs ground turkey

  11. 1 cup tomato sauce

  12. 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Mix together eggs, taco seasoning, black pepper, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, brown rice, bread crumbs and cheese.

  2. Add turkey and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Grease sheet pan with Pam 4 Form two loaves of meat mixture on pan.

  4. Top each loaf with tomato sauce and cheese.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hour or until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
