  3. 1 teaspoon sugar

  14. 200g green prawns, peeled and coarsely chopped

  16. Chorizo, potato, rosemary and mushroom pizza

  17. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  18. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  19. 100g desiree potatoes, thinly sliced

  20. 100g chorizo sausage, thinly sliced

  21. 100g mixed mushrooms, coarsely chopped

  22. sea salt and pepper

  23. Feta, herb and zucchini pizza

  24. cup passata

  25. 1 garlic clove, sliced thinly

  26. red onion, sliced thinly

  27. 150g feta, crumbled

  28. 1 zucchini, sliced into ribbons

  29. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  30. 1 teaspoon sea salt

  31. 1 tablespoon thyme, picked

  32. 1 tablespoon oregano, coarsely chopped

  33. 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, picked

  34. cup wild rocket

  1. Pizza dough Put the yeast, sugar and water into a jug and stir gently.

  2. Meanwhile, place salt, flour and olive oil into a large mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture and mix to form a dough. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.

  3. Place into a large greased bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Knock back the dough and leave in a warm place until risen slightly.

  4. Divide dough into 3 on a lightly floured surface and roll each piece into a 25cm square.

  5. Prawn, chilli and sun-dried tomato pesto pizza Place sundried tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.

  6. Spread pesto over base. Arrange tomatoes, chilli and prawns over base and top with torn mozzarella. Cook in the oven for 6—10 minutes until crispy and golden.

  7. To serve slice pizza into 5cm squares and garnish with coriander sprigs.

  8. Chorizo, potato, rosemary and mushroom pizza Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over pizza base and scatter over garlic.

  9. Arrange potato and chorizo over base and top with mushrooms and rosemary.

  10. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Cook in the oven for 6-10 minutes until crispy and golden.

  11. To serve slice pizza into 5cm squares.

  12. Feta, herb and zuccini pizza Spread passata over base and top with garlic and red onions.

  13. Top with feta and zucchini.

  14. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, thyme and oregano. Cook in the oven for 6—10 minutes until crispy and golden.

  15. Top with parsley and rocket.

  16. To serve slice pizza into 5cm squares.
