  4. 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

  5. 1 cup Applesauce

  6. 1 cup Sugar*

  7. 3/4 cup Egg Beaters

  8. 1/2 cup Liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine

  9. 1/2 cup Raisins

  10. **POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE**

  11. 1/2 cup Sifted powdered sugar**

  12. 2 teaspoons Hot water or skim milk

  1. *OR ½ cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet 'n Low **¼ cup powdered sugar and 2 packets S&L Glaze: blend together and drizzle over top of cooled cake In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. In a large bowl, blend applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters and liquid Butter buds; stir inflour mixture just until blended (batter will be lumpy). Mix in raisins. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350F 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and top with glaze. Per sugar serving: 153 cal., 0.6g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 34g carb., 138mg sod. Per S&L serving: 131 cal., 28g carb.
