  1. 3 cups Quick-cooking Oats

  2. 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

  3. 2 tsp Baking Powder

  4. 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  5. 1 tsp Salt

  6. 1 cup Milk

  7. 1/2 cup Butter , melted

  8. 2 Eggs , lightly beaten

  9. Additional Milk

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the milk, butter and eggs. Stir into oat mixture until blended.

  2. Spoon into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until set. Serve warm with milk. Yield: 9 servings.
